I typically make a batch of Etouffe to celebrate Mardi Gras which is next week. -8 oz butter

-6oz flour (3/4 cup)

-2 onions, alprazolam dry eye, diced

-2 red bell peppers, Alprazolam addiction, diced

-2 green bell peppers diced

-1 head celery, diced

-2 bunches green onion, diced

- 4 bay leaves

-4 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning

- 32 ounces, Cheap alprazolam express, shellfish stock or clam juice (1 qt)

- 32 ounces, veal stock or beef broth

- 1 Tablespoon dried basil

- 1 Tablespoon white pepper

- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire

- 16 oz tomato sauce

- Juice 2 lemons

- 2 Tablespoons, parsley minced

- 3 lbs crawfish tail meat rinsed

 

1.Make Dark Brown Roux- Melt butter and oil in pan over medium heat, taking melatonin with alprazolam, add flour and stir with wooden spoon for 10 minutes.
