-Carefully remove brisket from smoker and let rest 20 minutes

Dry Rub Brisket

1/2 cup chile powder


1/2 cup paprika


1/2 cup salt


1/4 cup garlic powder

2 Tablespoons cumin


2 Tablespoons allspice


1-13lb brisket


1 cup kosher salt

Ambien Over The Counter, Prep Pan, Fat Side Down, Cover


-Combine all spices in a bowl (except 1 cup kosher salt)


-Prep a pan with plastic wrap and cover the bottom with the spice rub mixture (see photos).


-Place fat side down and cover other side with rub mixture then tightly wrap


-Place wrapped briskets in fridge for 3-5 days


-Remove wrapping and re-season with 1 cup salt on both sides


-Smoke at 225 degrees with hickory wood pellets for 5 hours until temperature reaches 140 degrees. Crank up to 400 degrees for 10 minutes to finish.


-Let rest for at least 20 minutes, slice thinly against the grain and serve warm.

     This technique provided a well seasoned piece of meat that had more of a bite yet was still tender, 20mg ambien or 20mg zolpidem. It was nice sliced on its own and shaved the next day for sandwiches.
