56 sprigs dill (about 4 bunches)
3 quarts water
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups champagne vinegar
1 cup salt

Prep, Some valium for fletch, Fill Jars with Garnishes, Top with Boiling Pickle Brine
-Soak pickles overnight in fridge
-In a large pot or deep hotel pan boil the jars and lids for 10 minutes to sterilize
-Meanwhile bring water, vinegars, valium irregular heartbeat, and salt to a boil to make pickling brine
-In a large pan gather garlic, Valium urine drug test, peppercorns, chile flakes, and dill
-Remove sterilized jars and lids with large tongs on a flat surface, no membership valium.

i just did a batch of pickles myself. got them chillin in the back of my parents garage. when i soaked my pickles i was told to put in ice bath in the fridge over night.

As Lois’ granddaughter I can attest to the superiority of these pickles. In fact, I just had a pickle from a $400 jar and it paled in comparison. Thanks for keeping Lois’ cantankerous spirit going, my friend.
Man, I love a pickle. But much like your pre-rehab self, I don’t have time for that grandma shit (although I’d probably say “Martha Stewart shit” instead, since no grandma of mine ever pickled anything – during my lifetime, anyway). It’s not that I don’t have time to pickle or have complete respect for anyone who does, it’s just that I’m just way too a.d.d. and instant gratificationally-motivated to endure the pickling process. I am not proud, by the way, of this quality.
In any case, I’m very glad for your pickle post because you’ve wet my whistle and reminded me that I MUST go see The Pickle Guys when I’m in NY over Labor Day weekend, who pickle every damn thing but the kitchen sink! Love them!
