1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon worchestire
White fluffy rice of choice
For The Red Beans:

Brown, Sweat, Add Liquid
-Heat oil in heavy bottom pan over medium high heat. Brown sausage in pan until caramelized on all sides. Remove.
