      Once all the pork is seared, remove it from the pan and them place into a deep roasting pan or dutch oven, compare prices for reductil. Carefully remove the tender meat from the liquid and keep warm (or cool down and refrigerate up to 4 days). Recipe:

1 4-6 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2 or 3 pieces and trussed

1/2 cup oil                                                                 

2 slices bacon

2 large onions, reductil weight loss, diced

2 carrots, Information on reductil, diced

5 stalks celery, diced

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 sachet, reductil 15 mg eating plan, (5 rosemary, 5 sage, and 6 thyme sprigs)

2 cups red wine    

2 quarts chicken stock

2 quarts veal stock

     

See above above for braising directions. For final presentation for a more formal setting, I chill the pork overnight, then cross-cut the pork into 6 oz portions when cold, sear on both sides, then rewarm with braising liquid for 20-30 minutes until tender.   Then sauce with the reduced sauce.
