Pulled Pork

2-6-8lb Pork Butts (bone in or out)

1 Tablespoon Chile Flake

For The Dry Rub:

1/2 cup paprika

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup chile powder

1/4 cup cumin

1/4 cup black pepper

1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper

-Combine all ingredients in bowl and dry whisk together

For the Mop Liquid:

1 quart apple cider

1 quart apple cider vinegar

2 cups grain mustard

1 cup honey

For the Pork:
