-Just finished our busiest week of the year feeding thousands for breakfast lunch and dinner. The bulk of the crew was here last year and it should. They worked hard and anticipated needs which is a huge difference than being reactionary. I am proud of them.

-Our banquet chef Heather cut a large chunk of her finger off, but pushed on and now has a long pointer that she likes to use. Last time she she cut herself she passed out.
